The Breakfast club
The best way to start your day. Every weekday at 6.45am these classes are carefully planned and curated to allow you to train to your maximum, every working day, and be able to do the same again the next morning. Every day we focus on something different; be it core strength, muscular endurance, mobility, stamina or boxing technique each morning class will wake you up and help you power through the day fuelled on by a healthy, nutritious breakfast snack the is included in the price of the class.
I am Fighting Fit signature class
Are you fighting fit? You could be. These classes are full body, intense, sweat inducing, fat burning, muscle building, boxing classes that focus on a truly holistic approach to becoming fitter, stronger, faster and an all round better athlete!
The Master class
Similar to our 'Signature class', with increased intensity… For those with more experience, these classes allow you to take your boxing training to the next level. Bring your gum shield to these 2 hour sessions!
Our park classes run from May until October every year in parks across London and are a great way to get out of the gym and train. With a fun and engaging feel these classes push you to your limits.
